Our Programs
To accomplish our mission, we have established programs that help facilitate the returnees’ successful reintegration into Tongan community life.
Our targeted group includes, but is not limited to, newly deported returnees and youth returnees who are experiencing trauma, stigma, or isolation.
Program 01
Welcome & Transition Program
- Airport reception and transport assistance
- Temporary accommodation (2–6 weeks)
- Food, clothes and hygiene starter kits
- National ID and documentation support
- Health screening and mental health referrals
- Family mediation and reunification support
Program 02
Individualized Reintegration Plan
- Spiritual mentoring and one-on-one discipleship
- Counseling and coaching support
- Substance abuse recovery support groups
- Peer mentorship and support groups
- Cultural identity workshops and leadership training
- Volunteer opportunities and community service projects
- Youth mentorship and sports activities
Program 03
Trade Learning Program
Practical, hands-on skills — preparing returnees to thrive and contribute to their communities.




- Skills assessment and career counseling
- Vocational training (construction, farming, agriculture, fishing, landscaping, cooking, tourism, etc.)
- Apprenticeship placements with local businesses
- Job placement partnerships with employers
